• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You may sell your bet early using the cash-out feature, where available.
• Odds are always settled at the odds confirmed at the time the bet was placed.
• The maximum bet limit for any single event varies by market and event type. If the limit is exceeded, the bet will be automatically reduced.
• If odds do not match due to technical delays during live betting, bet8visa reserves the right to settle the bet at the revised odds or to void it.
• Bet8visa reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that are significantly higher or lower than intended.

Bet settlement rules for cancelled or suspended matches:

• If a match does not start within the scheduled time or is abandoned midway, all bets on that event are generally voided and stakes returned.
• In cricket, if a result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, that result is considered final.
• Whether extra time or penalty shootout results in football are included in a market will be stated in that market's specific description.
• If a map or round is cancelled in an esports event, bets placed on that specific segment will be refunded.

Bet8visa offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and rebates. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions.

• Read the specific terms carefully before claiming any bonus. The wagering requirement refers to how many times you must wager the bonus amount before you can withdraw it.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus balance remaining after expiry will be deducted from your account.
• Some bonuses are restricted to specific games or betting categories. For example, a bonus may be valid for slots only and not for Sports Betting.
• A maximum bet limit applies when wagering with bonus funds — typically ৳500 per bet. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
• Attempting to claim the same promotion from multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet8visa platform. Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Bonus abuse or bonus harvesting — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Match fixing or attempting to improperly influence the outcome of any event.
• Using another person's account or payment details.
• Placing bets using artificial intelligence or automated software.
• Attempting to exploit knowledge of a live match's outcome by deliberately placing late bets (late betting).
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.

Bet8visa reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account. Reasons may include:

• If a breach of terms or suspicious activity is detected.
• Failing to complete KYC or providing false information.
• Extended periods of inactivity (generally 12 months or more).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or Responsible Gaming protection).

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Withdraw all eligible balances before closure. Any bonus balance remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.
